What We Do

Shelter is a Human Right.

Shelter is a Human Right.

God’s Land arose out of it’s founders extensive work in case and care management for the houseless community and their collective knowledge of where resources are lacking, their value for sustainability and a spiritual connection to both their community and the Earth.

Since December of 2023, we have advocated for the individuals in Thurston County who are experiencing houselessness. We seek to be at the forefront of housing. Pushing for more progressive approaches to ending the houseless epidemic.

Our Mission

We are a Liberal Christian Universalist Church open to all spiritual and non-spiritual persons. We currently offer a progressive approach to supporting our houseless community members in need by helping them shelter-in-place by connecting them with food, water, supplies, repairs, mobile case management and mobile tiny shelters while working with them to be housed.

We are constantly working towards our long-term goal of becoming a housing sanctuary that promotes community and seeks to provide spiritual, social, and physical sanctuary equipped with water, food, shelter, sanitation, safety, and skill building through the mastery of Earthly environmental and ecological blessings that we belive God has placed under human responsibility as told by the word of the Christian God.

In the meantime, we relentlessly advocate for those experiencing houselessness and crisis and seek to connect them with available resources, and supplies needed to shelter-in-place until housing is achieved.
