Bryanna Reed
FOUNDER and vice chair person
Bryanna has almost 20 years in providing care assistance in nursing homes and in in-home care, where she has provided ongoing intensive care-management to those in need. Her care services have made her in-tuned to the constant threat of houselessness that those with chronic health issues face. She is hard-working with personal goals and dreams and is a strong advocate for building a supportive community that assists each other in accomplishing their goals and dreams.
Bryanna believes a community is a group of individuals, from all walks of life that come together in sharing a common goal or interest. She thinks people become apart of a community in hopes of feeling a sense of belonging and to be accepted for who they are without bias.
When Bryanna hears the names Jesus she sees him as a symbol. A symbol of compassion. She thinks that whether you believe in Jesus as the son of God, or not. That most people who’ve heard the story of Jesus can take from it the scarifies that he made for fellow man, and the acts he did in the name of compassion for others.
Bryanna thinks that Jesus is a reminder of what is truly important in life and what is truly needed for survival and how trivial everything else can be. Bryanna believes Jesus stands as a reminder that even if someone has been led astray or done wrong that they are not horrible. We are not horrible. She believes that those who have sinned are not unworthy of compassion. She firmly states we are all human and deserve to thrive.
